Mallard, Jr., William H. “Buddy” - Basketball, 1997
Mallard is one of the greatest basketball players to play at Armstrong State College. Not only was he a big scorer, but also pulled down 15-20 rebounds a game. Buddy was in the first class to be inducted into the Armstrong State College Athletic Hall of Fame
